Colourimetry

There is evidence to support the use of translucent coloured sheets and TINTED lenses for those who struggle with reading. This is called many things for example

Meres – Irlen Syndrome, Scotopic Sensitivity Syndrome and Near Vision Stress. The accuracy and reproduction of the colour is important and can be done well with only 1 or 2 commercially available systems. We currently use the Cerium Intuitive Colourimeter.

Some DYSLEXICS ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dyslexia)  also experience these issues along side their dyslexic issues.

Colourimetry Examinations start at £100. We also recommend a binocular vision examination and routine eye examination prior to Colourimetry.
